For most of us, coffee is a daily habit. The eight o’clock habit, especially for those who work from nine to five. But, how many of you know that there is more to coffee than the dark liquid in the cup?
I started this post because coffee seems rather a habit, a daily drink, but behind all this, there is a whole history. People have prepared coffee for centuries and have made it in so many different styles that l am pretty sure that you didn’t know there were so many recipes from all around the world.
Though we see it as our daily dose of caffeine, whether we drink it in a rush at the subway, waiting for the bus, or buying it at a drive window, coffee is more than that. It is not only the magical serum that helps us function, but has a whole process behind it.
These been said, I invite you to learn more about the origins, recipes and customs of coffee.
