We had a nice recipe called Black Marie, but there is a delicious Hot Marie, as follows:
- 1½ tbsps. (¾ oz.) Dark Rum
- 1½ tbsps. (¾ oz.) Brandy
- ½ tbsp. (¼ oz.) Tia Maria
- 1 cup Hot Coffee
- Sugar
In a heat-resistant glass, heat liqueurs, fill with hot coffee. Add sugar to taste, and you have a Hot Marie for your Eight O’Clock Coffee. Enjoy!
