- 1½ tbsps. (¾ oz.) Tia Maria
- 2 tbsps. (1 oz.) Dark Rum
- 1 barspoon Sugar
- 1 cup Cold Coffee
- Lemon peel
Combine all the ingredients and stir over ice cubes, in a small highball (old-fashioned) glass. Twist the lemon peel and drop into the glass. That’s all, and you have a Black Maria for your Eight O’Clock Coffee!
